Project Overview
Having originally successfully tendered to complete the Fit Out of BBS’s new offices, over 2 floors at the Canard Court Office Development in Central Bristol in 2010, we have since been awarded further contracts to Refurbish the additional Ground and Third Floor space, BBS acquired in the Building.
All works have always concentrated on providing:
-
A professional modern environment where BBS are proud to host clients and staff want to work
-
Areas that are different to the norm and that depict areas of interest/talking points, around the South West Region
We have always been able to achieve this through the help of the visual tool of our Showroom, that has been used by the BBS Directors to view our conceptional ideas and products. For example, we spent a considerable amount of time working on ideas to create different wall finishes, which resulted in a digital image of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, being applied to the “main” wall in Reception and a similar image reflecting the Balloon festival and landscape around the Bridge, in the Refectory Area.
We also created a “text wall” in the Reception, which consisted of “strap lines” from BBS’ corporate philosophy.
BBS have always wanted to engage with one Contractor so our ability to provide the complete turnkey solution and being able to cover all aspects from Furniture, Flooring and Partitioning to Mechanical and Electrical Works, and assuring them that we will meet the often demanding schedules, which we have always achieved has been key to our winning their various contracts.
