Project Overview
Cardiff City Football Club commissioned the construction of a new 27,000 Seater Stadium that would be home to Cardiff City FC.
After a lengthy tender process involving 5 Organisations, we were awarded the contract to Fit Out the 4 levels of the West Stand within the Stadium.
Our brief was to not only complete various following fit out works but to also design and construct various boardroom, bar and reception areas.
To successfully deliver the stadium on time, within budget and to surpass the expectations of everyone concerned, entailed extensive discussions from our being awarded the works and until completion.
Our Project and Design teams had to be flexible to the changing nature of the Project, as works progressed and elements changed on Site. This flexibility in attending to the Client’s ever changing requirements and our willingness to engage with the client to make value improvements, without increasing costs, enabled us to develop a positive working relationship with them.
