Project Overview
Background
Euroclad took the decision to relocate the office functions of their Organisation, from Wentloog and where their Manufacturing and Operational Departments are still based, to 15,000 ft2 of space at Severnside House in St Mellons, that was the former Headquarters of Lloyds Bank,
The brief was to accommodate 98 personnel in largely open plan and hot desking spaces, with 6no Meeting Rooms, in a vibrant and clean environment, that would be a vast improvement on the Organisation’s current working conditions.
Successful Completion
The works were completed within the very strict 2 week timescale we were given and incorporated:
New solid and glazed partitioning
Graphic wall images and manifestations depicting Projects Euroclad had recently completed
New tea points
1 Large breakout area facility with a large kitchen and breakfast bar area.
The reconfiguration of the existing mechanical and electrical systems to suit the layouts created
All new Furniture including Meeting Room Furniture, Seating Booths for informal meeting and different styles of break out furniture in the same space
The Types of products chosen were based on various Showroom Visits to view product and listen to the ideas and concepts we wanted to incorporate, which ultimately created the colourful, dynamic and modern environment the Directors wanted to achieve, for their team and for their visitors.
