Project Overview
Along with 3 local companies and 2 companies Hays had utilized the services of previously, on a national basis, Office Visions, were invited to tender for the Fit Out of their New Offices in Callaghan Square.
The objective was to provide Hays with a New Welsh Headquarters that portrayed the new, professional and dynamic image being phased in over the coming years, in Hays’ Network of National Offices.
We won the contract based on our willingness to go to the ‘extra mile’
During the Fit Out process we met with the Hays Project Manager on a weekly basis, who was London based, but who wanted to visit site to check progress during the 6 week project duration.
As there were tight deadline to meet, the client was happy that we finished our works on time and without any unforeseen variations.
As a result of the success of the refurbishment in Callaghan Square, Cardiff we have been involved with other projects for Hays around the UK.
