Project Overview
Inspiretec, led by the Technology Entrepreneur Simon Powell, have taken occupation of 9,600ft2 at the Office Visions Development, Vision Court.
Having relocated from Abacus House, and amalgamated many other business under our roof in Pentwyn, Simon wanted a building and a working environment that befitted the innovative nature of his business and the young demographic of his workforce.
Through the use of a variety of wall finishes, floor finishes, ceiling designs and distinctive furniture products, we have created A WOW factor that the directors and staff at inspiretec are proud of.
We have achieved this whilst listening to the requirements of the business and understanding the location of certain client teams, in close proximity to others, and the Tea Point Area being a focal point for informal but valued ‘get togethers’ between staff.
Some of the products used include:
- A bespoke circular entrance with walnut cladding
- MFC ceiling clouds to replicate the Reception Desk
- Digital wall coverings depicting a variety of holiday destinations
- Circular seating pods with integrated connections, rather than numerous cellular seating spaces
