Project Overview
Linc Cymru Housing Association were formally known as Glamorgan and Gwent Housing Association.
However, in 2007 they made the decision to rebrand themselves.
This entailed a change of name and identity, as well as a substantial renovation programme to modernize their 3 storey Headquarters Building.
Having won the initial contracts to refurbish the Chief Executives Area and Reception Area we won the contract to completely refurbish the remainder of the building in 2007.
The project was completed on a phased ‘wing by wing’ basis so that as one area of building was completed personnel could populate this and vacate the next area to be refurbished. The project was split into 6 phases.
With personnel working in the building it was important that they and our subcontractors followed the rigid Health and Safety Plan and Regulation prevalent on both an Operational and ‘Refurbished’ Site
