Project Overview
Background
PT Pilates are a recently estabalished Pilates Studio established on the High Street in Usk, 12 miles North of Newport.
The business owner took a lease on the Ground Floor of the Old Midland Bank, a space that needed to be gutted and Refurbishment to ensure it was suitable to be used on as a Studio for the general public.
Successful Completion
Due to quick timescales, Jane, the Business Owner wanted to get the business up and running. The Office Visions team spent an intensive 2 weeks understanding Jane's brief, developing plans and suggesting both Furniture and Fit Out products, that would eventually bring her dream to a reality.
Though a Pilates Studio is different to an office, the same principles of Office Visions being aware of what the client wants and likes, being able to communicate whilst on site and being organised, applies to the successful completion of all Projects. With regards to product, decoration, flooring, constructing walls, creating tea points and replacing existing mechanical and electrical systems with new, are a version of the same theme, depending on the environment.
