Project Overview
Due the forthcoming developments in Cardiff City Centre with the Brewery Quarter, Brains have established a new Brewery with associated office space, alongside, on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Having not previously worked with Brains before, they were recommended to Office Visions by Paul McCarthy of Rightacres Property, and so we were invited to tender to furnish their new office space, in March 2018 following a rigorous Pre Qualification Questionnaire, to ensure we were suitable to fulfill their requirements and suitably placed to work for the Organization.
We were subsequently awarded the contract to refurnish the new office space, primarily due to:
The questions we asked and our understanding of the brief , allowed us to suggest products suited to the Brains culture and image
Our ability and willingness to challenge the initial ideas of Brains and then amending designs to portray this
The choice and quality of our product offering, inclusive of storage walls, A frame Bench Desking Configurations and contrasting Hot Desking Scenarios
The fact that Craig and Steve knew the Office Visions team cared and that that we didn’t just view them as “another client”
