Project Overview
Having been recommended by two seperate business, TCH appraoched us in November 2022 to provide a proposal to design their new contact centre, occupying 26,800ft2 in Swansea Enterprise Park.
The Brief
- An environment that would inspire staff and creat a WOW factor
- An environment that would promote their 'caring' culture
- 3 seperate Training Rooms, 2 of which could be made into 1 large room
- Desking for 538 operatives
- 3 Directors Offices
- Various offices for Training, HR, IT and Reception
- A boardroom to accomodate up to 16 people with connectivity to the TV's
- Between 5 to 8 Meeting Rooms / 1 to 1 Rooms
- Locker space for each member of staff
- A Breakout Area
- Various Collaboration and Touch Down Areas
